I am Doctor Lauren Poppe, and I am excited and grateful for this opportunity to provide quality dental care for the surrounding communities through Lawler Family Dentistry! I am passionate about helping patients gain confidence through their smiles and oral health. Growing up, I watched my sister’s confidence and self-image change as she transformed her smile with orthodontic treatment. It was truly amazing and inspiring to see what a confident smile can do for someone and made me want to help patients achieve and feel something similar to what my sister had felt. I have been introduced to many different aspects of dentistry and am eager to expand into different specialties as our community needs!

I grew up in the small town of Oregon, WI. It is about twenty minutes south of Madison, WI. One of my favorite memories from growing up is picking strawberries at our local strawberry patch. Having grown up in a rural community, I am passionate about expanding access to dental care in rural areas. After graduating high school, I attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. I graduated in 2019 with a biology major and a chemistry minor. I was accepted into dental school at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI, and attended starting in 2020. I am excited to say I will soon graduate this spring, 2024!

In 2021, I married my husband, Tyler. Our love for the area stems from Tyler’s grandma. She is a long-time resident of Hayward, WI. You can often find Tyler and I either spending time outside, or playing cribbage and Euchre. We also enjoy spoiling our two cats, Ollie and Clyde. We are anxious to move to Northwest Wisconsin and explore all the breathtaking scenery you offer.
